PERSONALIZED ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING AND TEST PREP

Every student
starts with Brad

Before recommending a tutor, schedule, or test-prep plan, Brad takes the time to understand the student and situation.

Families leave the first conversation with honest guidance, a clear plan, and the right next step, even when that means waiting to begin tutoring or meeting less frequently than expected.

No one-size-fits-all plans. Just the support the student actually needs.

Clarity before tutoring.

Parents often reach out knowing that something needs attention, but feeling uncertain about the right next step.

Should their child begin SAT or ACT preparation now? Do they need weekly tutoring? Would a different instructor help? Is the issue content knowledge, confidence, organization, or something else entirely?

Momentum Prep begins by listening.

Brad takes the time to understand the student, the family’s concerns, the academic goal, and the timeline before recommending a plan.

Parents come to Momentum Prep with uncertainty.
They should leave with clarity.

Sometimes the right recommendation is an intensive schedule. Sometimes it is one session per week. Sometimes it is better to wait.

The recommendation is based on what will help the student, not on selling the greatest number of tutoring hours.

A thoughtful process from the very first conversation

Start with Brad

Every new family begins with a personal consultation.

Brad listens to the complete situation, takes notes, and asks questions about the student’s academic history, personality, confidence, goals, learning style, and timeline.

Receive a clear

recommendation

Brad identifies the most important challenge and recommends an appropriate plan.

That recommendation may address the right subject or test, the right time to begin, a realistic tutoring frequency, homework expectations, and the tutor most likely to connect with the student.

Work with the right specialist

Students are matched according to expertise, personality, and teaching style—not simply according to who has an opening.

Brad may personally teach the student, recommend another Momentum Prep specialist, or divide the work between specialists. For example, SAT students may work with Brad on math and Jaime on reading and writing.

Adjust as your child progresses

The original plan is not treated as permanent.

Momentum Prep continues to assess what is working and adjusts the frequency, focus, or tutor as the student’s needs change.
